SEAT's new Ibiza five-door supermini. <P> It marks the start of a major product offensive from the Spanish brand which will see the debut of further Ibiza variants, as well as new saloon and estate contenders in the upper medium segment. <P> The new Ibiza has been completely redesigned by ex-Lamborghini stylist Luc Donckerwolke. <P> It will feature a new seven-speed DSG gearbox, hill hold assist, front fog lights with side illumination (cornering) function and combined auxiliary/USB connectivity for portable music players. <P> Customers will be able to choose from three petrol engines from the Ibiza’s UK launch in July with a 1.2-litre three cylinder 68bhp; 1.4-litre 83bhp four cylinder or 1.6-litre four cylinder 100bhp. <P> All three come mated as standard to a five-speed manual gearbox, and all have undergone engineering modifications to ensure emissions fall below 160g/km.
