Renault Retail Group seeks a business/marketing graduate to join our Head Office in the capacity of Aftersales Marketing Coordinator & Performance analyst.
This will be a full-time permanent role that focuses on the performance of the business and business intelligence. The main base is flexible and can be either at our Head Office in Park Royal (West London, W3) or in Cannock in the West Midlands (WS11 postcode)
The duties will involve working closely with our Aftersales Director to collate and analyse CS scores and key operational metrics of our Group's service and parts departments with the objective of optimising performance and sharing best practice. Key systems include Microsoft Excel, CDK Drive (Kerridge), RTC and similar dealership workshop analytics tools.
You will also be working closely with our marketing team with a view to communicating forthcoming consumer offers and aftersales marketing initiatives to our branches' service and parts departments to prepare them for customer enquiries and also to measure the ROI thereafter.
The post holder will also deal directly with key fleet business clients in order to promote exclusive b2b offers that will enhance our working aftersales supplier relationship.
Day-to-day communication with colleagues and clients will be by phone and email (MS Outlook) and twice a month (for northern and southern divisions) there will be management meetings where the post holder will be expected to present recent results and a road map of aftersales marketing initiatives for the forthcoming quarter using Microsoft PowerPoint.
When the post-holder has become established in the role, the duties will evolve to include carrying out visits to regional dealerships in London, the Midlands and possibly further afield, to meet with Aftersales, Service and Parts Line managers in place of the Aftersales Director.
Candidates with recent previous work experience with a motor retail group, particularly in performance analyst or business intelligence roles, will be prioritised for consideration. Candidates must also hold a full UK driving license.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with one hour for lunch.
In return we will provide a basic salary of £25,000 pa, a company car from day one, a tax-efficient car after one month's service, and business fuel reimbursement. There will also be an annual bonus of up to 15% based on success of marketing programmes, completion of key individual projects and Group CS and Aftersales Performance.

Please note that the remuneration package will be strictly as stated, with no negotiation possible. However we are flexible to consider candidates that are based either in West London or in the West Midlands.
