As a Backhaul Manager, you’ll develop and control a Shared User Backhaul operation ensuring the companies services and financial targets are maintained and exceeded. You’ll identify the best processes throughout all sites to maintain a clear approach ensuring legal compliance across the whole division.
To be successful in the Backhaul Manager position, you’ll have held a similar backhaul management position (at least 30% of your working week). In addition, you’ll have proven experience of managing process, people, customers and suppliers. Any experience of working within the food distribution industry would be advantageous.

As a Backhaul/Logistics Manager you’ll receive a very competitive package including a basic salary of up to £40,000 (possibly a little bit more for the ideal candidate) plus additional benefits.
