Conduct Risk and Compliance Manager

regulatory change? Our client, are looking to recruit an experienced
individual who has excellent knowledge of the FCA handbook and
experience of compliance and conduct risk management in a UK regulated
financial services industry. This is an excellent opportunity for

Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise on FCA handbook matters, manage FCA
regulatory changes and carry out horizon scanning

Provide sign off on financial promotions

Supervise delivery of an effective compliance monitoring programme

Ensure regulatory changes are monitored, tracked and embedded

Act as a Compliance representative, keeping us in line with
legislation and regulations

Project Support

Ensure there is a well-developed, consistent & documented compliance
monitoring process

Coach and mentor Compliance team individuals and carry out one-to ones

Skills and experience required:

A degree or equivalent industry experience

Excellent analytical and investigatory capability

Excellent communication skills

Ability to translate complex matters to a non-technical audience

Experience of coaching team members/people management experience

A can-do attitude, self-organised and decisive

Knowledge of FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) handbook including;
ICOBS (Insurance), MCOB (Mortgages and Home Finance), BCOBS (Banking),
DISP (Complaint Dispute Resolution) and SYSC (System & Controls)

Salary and Benefits:

£35,000 per annum
