Role – Dispatch/Logistics Manager (Ex-Forces are extremely encouraged to apply)
Location – Newcastle under Lyme
Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30
Salary – Circa £30,000 DOE + Benefits

Our Client is a successful, private family business and the UK’s market leader in the design and manufacture of shelters, covered walkways, street furniture, litter bins, and playground equipment.
The Job Role
Joining our existing Transport Department, the successful candidate’s responsibilities would involve managing:
Inputting of data to parcel & pallet carriers.
Up keep of logs & manifests.
Contacting customers to arrange delivery of goods.
Calling carriers to obtain POD’s, ETA & damage claims
Forming a link between customer services & the customer regarding delivery
Scanning & filing as required
Communicating with suppliers to organise collection of products.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this challenging role, candidates should ideally possess the following:
Good communication skills.
Strong organisational ability.
Possess a full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and have a high level of computer literacy;
Meticulous attention to detail;
Excellent time management skills to ensure that time is managed effectively;
Positive, can do attitude.
Working Arrangements and Rewards
