As the Export and Logistics Manager you will be responsible for the shipping - UK and international - along with stock management of a plethora of complex products.
Your focus will be the compliance and adherence to an ever changing export market, ensuring you are working within the licensing, ECO and HMRC guidelines. And ensuring you adapt the policies and procedures to fall in line with changes in legislation.
You will be looking to implement strategies to enhance the process relating to cost, administration, suppliers and customers etc...
Management of the Logistics and Export team through measurement of KPIs, ensuring all staff are fully equipped to provide a first class service to internal and external customers and ensure business targets are met if not succeeded.
You will need to posses:
* a degree on Logistics, Supply Chain or other relevant discipline
* experience within a fast paced manufacturing environment
* experience of dealing with freight forwarders
* experience with overseas distributors and agents
