Providing excellent front line services across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire, Ubico Ltd is a rapidly expanding local authority owned Company. We are looking to recruit a Fleet Compliance Manager to join our hard working, highly successful team.
Due to the growth of the company, Ubico’s Fleet Department has exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join the Fleet Services team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day Fleet Compliance Management across the Company’s operational areas. You will have excellent knowledge of legislative framework and best practice in fleet management/vehicle maintenance including operational knowledge of Fleet Management Systems. You will use this knowledge in order to support our Corporate Fleet Manager and operational teams to ensure compliance for our Operating License.
You will need to be CPC qualified and also have experience of managing a compliance team, with strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and encourage them to their full potential.
You will be responsible for developing policies and procedures relating to our Operating Licence to ensure compliance to meet our undertakings to VOSA. Health & Safety is of utmost importance to this team so your knowledge of this issue in relation to fleet services is essential.
