My client is a leading social housing contractor operating within Reactive / Response Maintenance and Social Housing maintenance. Due to continued expansions, they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join their team based in Enfield.
The Fleet Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the Fleet department, ensuring maximum utilisation and minimal downtime of vehicles, servicing the Operations team requirements and ensuring data and processes are kept up to date and fit for purpose.
Key Accountabilities will also include:
Running Fleet Team operations on a day-to-day basis including dealing with queries, overseeing the team remotely and supporting certain administrative activities as required.
Conducting weekly checks and analysis of data from COiNS, telemetrics and MID (insurance database) to challenge operation teams as required.
Supporting, developing and leading the implementation of a Fleet Strategy to address market drivers and business requirements to ensure best value for money.
