Fleet Manager – Hampshire - Permanent Position
An excellent opportunity for a Fleet Manager working for our leading Aviation services client. Operating from multiple Centres in Europe, the Middle-East and Asia.
You will be reporting to the Head of Fleet management this position provides an interface between the company’s Technical department and the customer or client Aviation Manager on a 24/7 basis. The role requires excellent people skills and requires some flexibility in working hours.
Fleet Manager Responsibilities:
Be responsive and proactive about the needs of an airline for Part M.
Plan, project manage and coordinate all maintenance inputs with Part 145 Line and Base Maintenance.
Technical reviews of completed work packages
Assist with the control and revision of publications
Work closely with the Technical Services on reliability, engine health issues and maintenance programmes.
Resolution of quality System non conformity reports
Assist with induction of new staff.
You will track the health of the engine; monitor and feedback flight events, FOD and maintenance actions.
Fleet Manager Requirements:
Project Management skills
Good knowledge of work scoping and work shop activities.
Detailed working knowledge of Part M.
Understanding of EASA part 145
12 months previous experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management Capacity
Ability to manage complex Continuing Airworthiness scenarios.
Motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
Good communication skills and the ability to work individually or as part of a team.
You will from time to time travel to another sites
Experience of CAMP/CMP
Attended a “Gen Fam” course on Business Jets
Hold a UK CAA B1 or B2 EASA Part 66 licence or 3 years aircraft maintenance experience.
