·         General fleet operational support to all employees driving on behalf of Tivoli – ensuring that the services and providers contracted are delivering in line with a pre-defined SLA

·         Management of the Group’s vehicle assets and the correct routing of such for all elements of service, maintenance and repair

·         Co-ordination and management of all fleet maintenance events to deliver on the Tivoli Group’s legal obligations

·         To champion the Group Fleet Policy – managing all internal fleet processes efficiently and to demonstrate 100% compliance to internal Policy and Statutory Legislation

·         Demonstration of a proven commitment to the Health & Safety of all employees who drive on behalf of Tivoli Group

·         Maintenance and completion of an accurate record of the Tivoli Group fleet at all times and to effectively manage this with all internal contacts

·         Control of all fleet related portals / systems, ensuring data is always entered and maintained with 100% accuracy

·         Production and translation of comprehensive fleet management reports and the circulation of such to all appropriate internal contacts

·         Operational control of the Group fleet telematics solution, including data management, installation co-ordination and effective distribution of all required outputs

·         Management and co-ordination of all vehicle hire requirements across the Group

·         Audit and validation of all incoming fleet invoices and financial statements attributable to Tivoli fleet to include effective escalation of any disputed costs

·         Management of unallocated vehicles– recognising and delivering on opportunities to redeply vehicles to improve operational efficiencies

·         General fleet support via involvement in and support of general business strategy and objectives as and when required

·         Ideally ICFM qualified or working towards an industry recognised fleet qualification

·         Highly competent in Microsoft programmes with advanced Excel skills demonstrated

·         Ability to operate specific systems in line with business requirements, i.e. portal, intranet sites etc.

  • Ability to work competently under pressure, to prioritise effectively and to meet tight deadlines
  • Adaptability /Flexible approach and willingness to travel to meet the Group fleet demands
