Logistics Manager - £30 - £35K Monday to Friday based Slough
Our client is a specialist in providing engineering services within the M&E systems and contract engineering services, working within pharmaceutical, food, dairy and beverage industries.
Purchasing of a variety products across a number of sites including materials, PPE etc.
Data analysis of spend cresting details reports across the business and negotiating supplier deals.
Booking and arranging hired plant to site
Carrying out inspections – LOLER certificate would be beneficial however not essential
• Prior logistics / purchasing experience within an engineering environment
• Experience and ability to devise, propose and deliver strategies to improve performance and results
• IT literacy and numeracy skills
• People management skills
