Support the National Account Managers to develop the sales proposition within existing
Customers to increasing revenue, margin and growth.
Coach, lead and manage the team in the field to maximise the potential of individuals to
achieve efficiency and sales goals.
Develop sales strategies aimed at strengthening our market position and profitability,
identifying business opportunities and pinpoint problem areas.
Manage the departmental budget and deliver the budgeted sales and profit for the National
Heavy Vehicle Fleets, achieving the monthly sales targets measured in Revenue, Margin &
Michelin share of account.
With over 300 accounts on the portfolios delivering revenues of approximately £45m per
anum, be accountable for the sales and margin performance.
Identify and develop a broader sales offer across all product types, both tyre and non-tyre and
develop the market growth within the portfolio, delivering the sales and profit as defined by
the Business Plan
