Sales Support Executive (R9713/18)

JCT600 VLS is entering an exciting phase of its development. The UK fleet industry and market is undergoing a phenomenal radical change that will mean that the traditional routes to market and methods of providing employees with vehicles will be swept away. JCT600 VLS is going to be at the forefront of that revolution and is looking for dynamic, focused and talented industry individuals who want to be part of something very new and exciting.

Q. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual to support our Business Development Team and Commercial Director in producing customer facing material, lead tender response production, assist with customer and internal reporting, fleet analysis, competitor information and CRM database management.

Q.     What will you be doing on a daily basis?

You will be responsible for collecting sales data and analytics to monitor sales force effectiveness via the use of our CRM system; production and upkeep of customer facing presentation and tender response material; support the Business Development team in the preparation of business proposals and reports. Support to the Managing and Commercial Directors with general administrative duties from time to time.

Q.     What qualities/ experience do you need?

A background in in the vehicle leasing market and effective management of a CRM system would be highly desirable. Ability to manage your personal workload and time effectively. Be able to work to strict deadlines. Possess excellent process, quality and communication skills. Above all the drive, attitude and determination to be successful.

Q. What training will I receive?

JCT600 VLS uses many internal and external courses from industry organisation like the BVRLA to help broaden your industry knowledge and personal skills. We will actively encourage you to take full advantage of these.

Q.     What qualifications do you need?

A thorough understanding and ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software. Numeracy and literacy will also be key to this role.
