Site logistics Manager
We have been instructed by our Client to find a Site logistics Manager for their Milton Keynes Site.  Reporting into the Site General Manager, the Logistics Manager will lead a team of 4 direct and 8 indirect reports to manage the daily operational activities.  
 
The Site Manager will be responsible for .........

Manage the day to day site logistics and supply chain activities.
Champion the HSEQ objectives and values of the business.
Optimise the site and third party storage facilities.
Effective contribution to site manufacturing efficiencies through efficient and timely production order processing and plant scheduling.
Effective contribution to customer service through efficient sales order execution, timely materials availability and delivery performance in accordance with sales / customer requirements.
Maintain strong functional working relationships with site operations personnel, European CSG, Account Managers, central planning and asset management groups.
Performance review / cost monitoring of third party Logistics service providers and associated operations.
Implementation and timely maintenance of agreed monthly reporting format / processes for logistics and supply chain performance measurables,
Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment in all logistics activity areas in accordance with the OE standards and HSE guidelines. Person Specification

Proven Initiator, completer, finisher. Work Experience
