We are seeking a highly engaged, dynamic and professional SME and Consumer Sales Manager to head up our large and expanding SME and Consumer Team of Sales Executives. You must be a great people motivator, lead by example and inspire your team to achieve outstanding sales results whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
This role is open to experienced Broker, Leasing Company and Dealership employees who have held a role as Senior Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Sales Manager and are seeking to further their career with an established, fast growing FN50 leasing company.
The role will include:
· Managing and developing a team of 10 Sales Executives to achieve department targets
· Managing the CRM System to secure conquest and renewal business.
· Selling leasing and fleet management products for new and used cars, vans and pick-ups.
· Managing customer requirements and complaints
· An awareness of a fast changing market
· Ensuring that the Sales Team adhere to FCA Process and best practice at all times
· Attending networking events in the local area to promote brand awareness
· Holding daily sales meetings, and monthly reviews with the Head of Sales for each Sales Executive
· Review of all lost sales
The successful candidate will:
· Be outgoing, focused, determined and have the ability to motivate a team to achieve results.
· Have experience of working in a similar role within the automotive industry.
· Have experience and be computer literate in packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CRM Systems and Funder Quotation Systems.
· Have a full UK Driving Licence.
· Be able to demonstrate a history of achieving Sales and Financial Targets.
· Have knowledge of FCA processes and requirements
