Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Stores & Logistics Manager to join our manufacturing client’s distribution hub based in Kirkcaldy.
This role will suit a highly motivated and focused individual who enjoys delivering excellent results.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing full logistics operation on site ensuring this meets H&S regulations.
* Ensure all inbound deliveries arrive and booked in within specific time frames.
* Ensure KPI targets are bet on a daily basis.
* Train, manage, recruit and develop Stores & Logistics team.
* Previous experience working in a Stores/Logistics role with strong leadership skills, competent in leading and motivating team members to exceed business goals.
* Adaptable, self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Strong IT skills – must be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and warehouse management system
