What is the role?
You will oversee non-vehicle associated aspects of the Transport Management Role. This will entail driver and vehicle tachograph analysis, emissions analysis, responsible for training drivers, overview insurance and accident management. The other Transport Manager is responsible for repairs and maintenance. You will be working closely with one another and should know the ins and outs to cover duties for annual leave, as well as both being responsible for creating KPI reports for your sector.

Engage successfully with colleagues at all levels, as well as to establish respect and assurance through knowledge, understanding, skill, capability and care.
IT literate- to leverage software and hardware platforms.
You will require problem-solving skills using a methodical and cost-effective method and to be able to manage oneself in a timely manner.
Demonstrate knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment Awareness.
CPC in Transport Management (required)
Certificate of Professional Competence (National or preferably International) in Road Haulage
Preferably hold an HGV licence (class C or C+E)
Experience in a comparable environment and position at a minimum.
