As a Sales Support Executive, reporting to the Account Services Manager, your role will involve managing account relationships from a day to day perspective via phone, email and face-to-face meetings, supporting the internal sales and accounts teams to provide excellent support to our Global accounts. The Account Services team is undergoing a team restructure to include additional heads and there is a real purpose within the function to advance capability and performance as much as possible.
In supporting our Global accounts you will be involved a wide variety of tasks which will involve but is by no means limited to:
- Acting as point of contact for all named accounts / Account Managers
- Ownership of Global accounts with no UK contact
- Investigating, resolving and escalating customer issues/ queries
- Undertaking root cause analysis
- Creating bespoke customer MI reports
- Management of Flex rentals
- Liaison with Operations / Stores
To be successful in this role, you will be proactive, outgoing with strong organizational skills. This role would suit a graduate or recent graduate keen to operate in a commercially driven role with excellent opportunities for progress.
