We are currently recruiting a Technical Executive in our Technical Team based in Birmingham.

You will be working within a modern office environment to manage the service, maintenance and repair (SMR) of all vehicles in the most cost effective manner. Using the 1 Link systems you will communicate, control and authorise vehicle (SMR) work, ensuring safety & legal requirements are met within company/client/partner policy and to minimum cost.

The successful will be working within the team to ensure productivity and quality on job split; Manage costs when re-charging to client or authorising within Arval budgets (inside scheme) effectively and efficiently.

You will make recommendations using technical knowledge to help with spend, savings and client satisfaction and develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients, drivers, partners and internal departments in order to secure customer satisfaction and to achieve business objectives.

The Technical Executive will contribute to service delivery levels ensuring they are met both individually and as a team. You will be expected to liaise effectively with clients on work authorisations when recharges are being applied (via phone, 1 Link, or e-mail).

We are looking for candidates with the following: GCSE Education with Maths & English; City & Guilds 1&2/NVQ level 3 and/or time served as a Technician with proven workshop and/or Service Reception experience. Knowledge of 1 Link Systems would be beneficial.
