As Bid Management Executive, reporting to the Account Services Manager, your role will involve completing tender, bid, RFPs and proposal documentation. This will involve close contact both with our internal Sales and Account Services, Procurement and Legal teams and the end customer. The Account Services team is undergoing a team restructure to include additional heads and there is a real purpose within the function to advance capability and performance as much as possible.
You will be involved a wide variety of tasks which will involve but is by no means limited to:
- Managing RFP responses
- Reviewing SLA and contractual requirements with Operations & Legal
- Completing written tender responses
- Pricing liaison with Sales and FP&A
- Managing public tender portals
- Reporting on conversion rates and closed / lost analysis
To be successful in this demanding role you will have excellent attention to detail, have great numerical and literacy skills and be able to promote our products.
We are looking for someone with experience from a bid / procurement background.
