As a result of continued growth and expansion we are looking to recruit a dynamic, professional, highly motivated and results driven individual to join our team.


New Business Development Manager to join our highly successful sales team.  Based from our offices in East Lancashire you will operate across the North of England.

  • Motor Dealerships - generating new finance business and securing long term commitment.
  • Contract Hire/Fleet/Leasing - business to business & private sales across all sectors.

The role will require the ability to sell and promote all types of finance packages (HP, PCP, Contract Hire, Asset Finance); be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation through to quotation and contract completion and operate as key account manager.  Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, development and deployment of marketing strategies and proactive networking. Digital marketing/social media skills would be an advantage.

We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven and passionate about their career progression. With either motor trade, fleet or leasing experience from lender or broker (or similar).  Exceptional Account and Territory Management  (Office and field based ) and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPI’s are essential.

Competitive Salary commensurate with experience plus commission, company car and other benefits.
