You are expected to be fully versed in contract hire solution sales with a real passion and drive for success and customer excellence
You will be responsible for:
- Seeking out new opportunities. This could be via cold calling, networking, encouraging referrals or any other means appropriate
- Creating and delivering presentations specific to the customer’s needs
- Creating and nurturing multiple relationships across any given company
- Achieving volume and “added value” targets
- Building a pipeline that represents genuine short, medium and long term opportunities
You will be:
- Leasing industry astute
- Successful in previous BDM roles
- Highly motivated
- Professional and articulate
- Well organised
- Strong team player
The successful candidate will be well supported by an experienced client support and management team.
Up to £35k basic, £50k OTE Uncapped. Car, pension plus other benefits
