About the Role:
The Business Development Project Manager will manage the development of projects from business case right through to final launch stage. You will also work very closely with the new product development and senior new product development managers to understand the scope and detail of solutions to ensure delivery. This role also will require a creative mind as you will help develop new product design and then communicate effectively to ensure successful implementation for both the internal staff and external customers. The Business Development Project Manager will play an integral part for all areas of the business and you will work with senior stakeholders to ensure you deliver successful solutions. Skills such as leadership, enthusiasm and business awareness are a necessity to succeed in this role. The ability to self-motivate is critical, as well as being able to work as part of a team.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working and leading from the front and also competent in managing upwards.
- Project manager with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally with clients.
- Experience in the development of taking new products to market.
- Confident and articulate in all forms of communication and is able adapt their style to suit each situation or audience
- An enthusiastic, positive individual who is easy to work with and enjoys working as a team.
- Six Sigma or Prince2 qualified.
Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel when required
