Car Leasing Broker Manager - Cambridgeshire/Bedfordshire
Working within the contact sales office for a very well established and very busy car sales Brokerage. The Company engages with customers via a strong, dedicated web-site presence and the site requires the input of the Manager to update offers and present its products to web-site visitors.The role is office based although some travel to suppliers and larger customers is envisaged; the relationship development between our client and their suppliers is paramount and this job calls for the knowledge and skills to undertake those relationships with the support of client Director. Managing the small team of telesales executives, who are also office based, will be the lynch-pin of the work and, once again, this requires that skill and knowledge within the automotive sales sector.
You will be someone who already works for a car finance company or existing car brokerage or possibly a car dealership Business Manager and Showroom Controller. You will be fast paced and energetic, you will be a motivator of people, target driven and really enjoy the sales arena. You should have the necessary knowledge to construct car finance deals of all types as well as knowing best practice in car purchasing.
A very competitive basic salary plus commission, car and benefits.
