Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our Company Car Distribution Hub based at Renault Wolverhampton, WV2.
The Renault Employee Car Ownership Plan (ECOP) is a superb employment benefit that supplies eligible employees of Renault Retail Group (RRG) with a tax-efficient company car. We seek an Administrator to help RRG’s deployment & running of the ECOP Service.
The process of ordering ECOP company cars and registering them to our employees is similar to retail vehicle sales administration, except that we also carry out admin for returned vehicles occurring every 6 months (or 6,000 miles; whichever clock strikes first) and re-issue new vehicles to replace them.
Therefore we seek candidates with specific motor retail sales administration experience or a previous career history in fleet sales admin. In particular you will be tasked with vehicle ordering, registration and licencing through AFRL, used car stock admin, vehicle taxation, invoicing vehicles, monitoring order progress through the factory, shipping, delivery and completion of handover packs for customers/clients including V5 documents.
You will also be involved with de-fleeting/re-stocking the returned vehicles in order to issue them to our Used Car Sales departments across our network of dealerships.
Furthermore, you will be expected to arrange vehicle handovers both at the home base and at other RRG branches. This includes creation of handover contracts that will be issued to colleagues from RRG and other Groupe Renault companies that are eligible to use vehicles under our ECOP Scheme.
There will be an emphasis on ensuring perfectly accurate data entry and data handling as well as ensuring timely and professional dealings with all internal and external customers.
Candidates are required to have each of the following:
- Relevant vehicle sales administration experience in the automotive industry
- An acute attention to detail will also be required as your work will include handling intricate and sensitive coding on systems like AFRL, CDK Drive and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of systems such as AFRL, Kerridge, Autoline, ADP Drive or similar DMS in a recent previous role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
This role will be full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm with ½ hour for lunch. 37.5 hours per week.
In return we offer a basic salary of £18,000 per annum, with further earnings possible through our Company Car Administrator bonus scheme (OTE £21,000 pa). The bonus scheme is based on 2 key elements that are in line with the Company objectives.
