Due to the promotion of the current BMW Corporate Sales Manager we will shortly have a vacancy to run our established BMW/MINI fleet operation in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for managing the whole fleet fleet operation and responsible for its P&L performance. You will be managing three Local Business Development Managers and a team of five back office support so previous line management experience would be desirable. The department will sell over a 1,000 units this year to our key leasing partners, large corporate end users and local SME businesses so you will be responsible for a large corproate operation. The team are well established and performing well consistently growing sales over the last 4 years but we are looking for somebody to come in to develop and grow this further during 2016 and beyond.
While BMW experience is an advantage we are looking for somebody who has the right personality and a detailed understading of the fleet market in general with whatever brand. You will operate as a member of the wider dealerhsip management team and therefore you will need to be a good communicator and team player. You will also work closely with the other Corporate Sales Managers in our other divisions as part of our wider fleet team. The group will deliver over 10,000 vehicles to our fleet customers this year and fleet is a core part of our company strategy and is represented at Board level. Therefore as part of that fleet operation you will receive lots of support and indeed have lots of opportunities to develop yourself going forward.
