Our client is seeking an experienced car fleet sales professional to undertake a National position as Fleet Director. The person must have at least 5 years in a Senior Management role dealing with car fleet sales and fleet customers of all sizes.
Working within a large dealer group the successful candidate will manage all fleet sales programs for two distinct franchise brands. Reporting to the Operations Director you will manage a number of nationally placed dealership Fleet Sales Managers to insure that they are given the support and tools to undertake their task in producing on target fleet sales. As well as the day to day people management your work will involve budgetary and financial management, OEM relationships, customer visits and performance reporting at Board level.
This is a senior appointment and you can expect the rewards and personal development that a position of this standing affords.
