Romans Group is a very successful and award winning property group. We now have a great opportunity for an experienced Fleet Manager based at our Head Office in Wokingham to take on the operational aspects, cost control and management of our substantial car fleet. This is an exciting time to join our dynamic and expanding company as it increases its already considerable fleet.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the running of a busy fleet which will include:
Co-ordinating upgrades/replacements/allocation of vehicles
Liaising with Lease companies, Dealerships, repairing garages etc.
Regular updates on legislation to drivers
You will also be expected to advice on cost and efficiency issues at senior level meetings.
Excellent communication and administration skills are imperative for the role along with tenacity and drive to operate and develop the role. The ideal candidate will be a team player with willingness to help others and go above and beyond their formal role.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
