Role overview:

  • Why | Make fleet programmes outstandingly easy to use for customers, dealers and field team
  • How | Build competitive and innovative programs
  • What | Manage and track fleet programs (Contract Hire, Diplomatic Vehicles, Driving School etc) and ensure profit and volume is achieved

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Fleet Programmes

  • Contract Hire Programme management
    • Ensure competitive pricing to achieve target profit and volume
    • Investigate innovative ways of developing campaign
    • Monitor order take, mix and volume forecasts
    • Maintain and generate regular performance reports
  • Account Management
    • Manage relationship with finance co and field team
    • Ensure residual value position is maximised through regular product briefings and performance updates
  • Other programs
    • Ensure competitive pricing to achieve target profit and volume
    • Investigate innovative ways of developing new campaigns
    • Monitor order take, mix and volume forecasts
    • Maintain and generate regular performance reports

Pre-requisites:

Job specific skills and functional/technical knowledge

  • “A” level standard or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Ideally at least 3 years industry experience – within manufacture or related external company
  • Relationship management in a B2B environment
  • Understanding of internal sales planning processes
  • Exposure to field based work/dealer processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel requirement due to numerical analysis
  • Competent with Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong evidence of building relationships with clients/customer
