Renault Croydon seeks a new Fleet Sales Administrator to join our Dealership in Croydon (CR5).

We specifically seek candidates with experience in automotive fleet sales administration or account management. The main task will be handling corporate and SME fleet vehicle accounts and sales administration from new and existing clients.

There will be an emphasis on processing fleet orders and dealing professionally with new and existing customers that are seeking new vehicles. Customer service duties include providing quotes, model availability and specification, finance quotes, taking fleet orders, maximising all sales opportunities, vehicle delivery estimates, informing customers of new models, specifications and price changes as well as handling any customer issues in a professional manner, ensuring a swift and mutually satisfactory agreement or conclusion.

Admin duties include completion of accurate paperwork, invoices, finance and licensing. We must also ensuring vehicles are prepared to customer requirements, including fitting of factory and/or dealer extras, and help in ensuring successful delivery of vehicles.

Work will include correspondence-based contact with clients/customers i.e. by phone, email, fax and letter. Leaselink / Ebbon Dacs, Lex SupplyTrak, ADP Autoline / Kerridge and MS Excel are among the systems that we use. An acute attention to detail will also be required as amongst other things we handle intricate and sensitive coding.

Hours:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (full-time)
  • 9am to 5:30pm, with ½ hour unpaid break.

 

In return we offer a basic salary of £23,000 per annum. There is also a quarterly departmental bonus which allows additional earnings up to or in excess of £2,000 per year (OTE £25,000 pa).
