Have strong knowledge and experience of workshop daily operations and Aftersales process
Have an automotive aftersales technical background
Be familiar with DMS systems (ideally CDK and Pinnacle)
Be knowledgeable in change management methodologies
Be able to train and coach Dealer Staff and Management to change their process and ways of working
Have the ability to rapidly build personal relationships
Be able to create engagement and commitment
Have an analytical approach and be an advocate of Best Practice
Have a consultative and assertive approach to coaching
Create realistic and achievable implementation plans
Coach Dealer Management in their role in the new way of working
Coach Supervisors, Technicians and workshop support staff in their new roles
Support the effective use of integrated DMS and manufacturer systems
Enthusiastically support the delivery of sustained process and behavioral change
To be considered for this role, you must have good knowledge and experience of daily workshop operations and have previous coaching experience (ideally within change management). Applicants should be aware that considerable UK travel and overnight stays will be required for this role.
