What makes us different?
As one of the UK’s leading independent leasing companies, Sandicliffe Motor Contracts pride themselves in delivering a service like no other. One of the key features of our unique offering is that we personally check and verify each vehicle prior to onward delivery. It is part of the Maintenance Controller’s job to ensure each vehicle matches the specific order criteria and any anomalies are dealt with swiftly before giving the green light for delivery to the customer.
In the same way, all ‘end of contract’ vehicles are returned to us for inspection where our Maintenance Controllers must then use their technical knowledge to check the vehicle’s condition and calculate the cost of any damage that falls outside of the BVRLA fair wear and tear guidelines.
Setting you off on the right foot
The role is based out of our head office in Long Eaton, Nottingham, where you will receive the necessary training and support from our experienced Maintenance Team. Although previous Maintenance Controller experience is welcomed, along with any relevant Motor Vehicle Technical qualifications, the right positive attitude will go a long way.
You will also receive support from the wider team, both at our head office and in the field to ensure you fully understand the business, and your unique position within it.
We try to keep our application process simple.
