Job Title: National Account Executive
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 08:30-17:30
Place of Work: Sales, Location Manchester
Salary & Bonus: On application
Reports to: Sales Manager
Other relationships: National Account Managers, Senior Managers Corporate Sales, Reservation Department, Administration Staff, Credit Control, Customers, Locations
Objectives: To provide a professional and efficient sales/service to the B2B ,being the champion within this sector. The role includes the following tasks:
To open new accounts within a defined area with annual rental spend of £30k and above
Manage and agree an implementation plan for all new accounts.
To manage a portfolio of accounts and be able to monitor and work within certain SLA
Work strategically to increase our levels of revenue-where we are not sole supplier under an agreement and sit on a panel of suppliers.
Market awareness- keep up to date with competitors activity and the potential within your area.
To produce necessary reports for Customers ,Sales Manager, Directors.
To manage any customer queries day to day and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to get them resolved within an agreed timeframe.
To observe good housekeeping and general sales standards at all times.
Additional projects/duties as required.
