The job holder will formulate, develop and direct Automall retail sales business strategy and activity to achieve budgeted targets in respect of financial and trading performance.
Alongside this the job holder will enhance the organizational culture, value and reputation in the market with all employees, customers, principals and regulatory bodies.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge : The job holder should be educated to university degree level (bachelor’s or master’s degree). A membership or qualification with a relevant industry body may be provided in substitution.
Preferred Qualifications: The job holder should have a minimum 5 years automotive industry experience in an equivalent and/or senior role. GCC experience would be advantageous.
Job-Specific Skills : The job holder should have excellent business development, sales, customer relations and leadership skills. In addition, the job holder must communicate effectively with other senior managers, employees, partners and customers. Results oriented, entrepreneurial with strong problem solving, negotiation and decision making ability are key skills. Arabic language skills will be considered advantageous.
Behavioural Competencies: Obtaining commitment and co-operation ideally through consent and willingness. Positioning oneself as a principal member of the management team with the ability to manage the multi-level internal and external relationships that will exist. Developing personal and professional effectiveness by ‘doing the right things and the right jobs’ thereby focusing on activities which make a difference. Identifying opportunities to excel by demarking the business objectives, strategy and demands, whilst maintaining professionalism in times of commercial pressure. Energy, enthusiasm, creativity and self-starting feature prominently.
Candidates selected for first interview will be expected to be available in the London area for the week commencing 30th November 2015.
