Renault Retail Group seeks an experienced motor retail Sales Manager to join our Birmingham branch’s Nissan Franchise.
Based at our dealership in Digbeth (B12) the remit will involve management of the new retail Nissan sales team and respective processes. The product portfolio is enviable and includes the entire range of Nissan passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, electric vehicles (Leaf and eNV200 van) and performance-tuned NISMO cars.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a management-level candidate to join a manufacturer-owned group. Candidates must have a substantial track record in automotive sales management roles in order to be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of the new car sales process according to budgets, company standards and manufacturer targets
Management and development of the sales team
Managing F&I, add-on sales and the customer second-facing processes
Dealership presentation, display and local marketing
Achieving targets on sales, customer satisfaction/recommendation and profit
For this high-profile role the successful candidate will be/have:
Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK Driving License
Employed as a Motor Retail Sales Manager within their current organisation
A proven track record in exceeding new car sales targets
In return we offer a basic salary of £35,000 pa, bonus scheme with OTE £70,000 pa, company car from day 1, tax-efficient company car after 1 month’s service, business and private fuel and mobile phone. Fringe benefits including pension, annual leave entitlement and health care.
