Sales and Customer Service Director – Fleet Finance
To £100,000 per annum plus bonus, car, pension and health care
Our client is an international fleet management and leasing business.
As part of a continuing programme of growth, we are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Director to drive forward the strategic view of the UK business in order to increase sales.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will have responsibility for the design and implementation of a sales strategy aimed at improving the performance of the sales and relationship and customer service teams.
As well as orchestrating the strategy, the Sales and Customer Service Director will also have a very hands-on approach to negotiations with new and existing customers, ranging from small companies to major corporates operating in the fleet sector.
We are keen to receive applications and enquiries from proven sales professionals who have successfully managed a team of regionally based sales people. Ideally we need someone who has worked in the Contract Hire market place or alternatively a similar area of the automotive sector. We would also consider applications from strong fleet leasing professionals where they have built up many years’ experience in the market and are commercially strong enough to step up into this type of role.
You must have experience of using sales and marketing strategies to have made a tangible improvement in sales performance.
In addition you will need to have presence and gravitas and be able to influence decision makers at the highest level.
