Westwon are an established asset finance leasing company with an existing customer base and range of leasing funders already in place. Their company has for many years undertaken vehicle leasing on a reactive basis, however, investment has been made to set up a new department focusing just on vehicle leasing and finance.
Position: Sales Manager, Vehicle Leasing Division
Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire or Leicester, Leicestershire
Job Type: Permanent and full time
Salary: Basic from £36k, OTE £60k, uncapped
The Sales Manager will have the backing of an established operations team, a desk in a dynamic sales office and access to a powerful CRM system to manage your prospect and client relationships. You will manage the opportunities for companies and individuals looking to buy vehicles on finance that come your way. However, being a driven sales person you will not wait for the telephone to ring, you will be contacting potential customers.
a) Educate, train and motivate their existing sales people who may have a limited knowledge of the vehicle leasing sector and potentially manage some of their customer vehicle needs.
b) Manage your own diary, personally work opportunities and win new clients. You will be targeted on gross profit, number of transactions originated and how many new customers they take on board.
c) Recruit, train and motive new team members.
d) Overall responsibility for the departmental budget, profit and loss.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Understanding of vehicle finance products and of the vehicle sector.
b) Sales background and a proven ability to win new customer accounts.
c) Previous management experience.
d) Leadership and coaching skills.
