Senior Project Coordinator

Based at Audi UK in Milton Keynes with a substantial basic salary, OTE and company benefits

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator looking for a fresh challenge working with a great brand?

Modern Retailing is an Audi UK programme that supports the network in delivering a different customer experience. 

The role of the Senior Project Coordinator will be to support the implementation of the Modern Retailing programme, reporting to and working closely with the Audi Project Manager to deliver the programme objectives.

As Senior Project Coordinator you will have strong office and project coordination experience. We are looking for a calm, competent and analytical individual who has a wealth of experience in PMO, reporting, managing budgets and tracking.  

Senior Project Coordinator key duties and responsibilities:

  • Support in the delivery of the Modern Retailing strategy

  • Ensure internal resources, third party suppliers and business stakeholders are aligned

  • Manage all elements of the Projects Governance

  • Conducting cost benefit analysis

  • Presenting Project financial KPI’s and performance to targets

  • Prepare research into customer trends

Senior Project Coordinator will ideally possess the following:

  • Demonstrable experience in transformation / change management success

  • Commercial experience, a sound understanding of business case development, impact on business, KPI’s & profitability

  • Experience in using RAID logs

  • 5 years project management / coordination experience

  • Experience of operating within a governed environment

  • Recognised Project Management qualifications


    All necessary industry training will be completed on induction and in return you will be offered the opportunity to obtain an IMI accreditation in Management as part of a comprehensive personal development plan.
