An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an Accident Management Support Specialist to work from our Birmingham office.
In this office based role, you’ll liaise over the phone and sometimes face to face with our network of manufacturer representatives and suppliers, using your motor vehicle technical expertise to ensure the best solutions to deliver first class customer service. The ownership will be on you to manage a range of technical information which may include reports on product Performance or product improvement projects where required or when an opportunity presents itself.
Manage and maintain effective relationships with Manufacturer representatives and Suppliers to ensure first class service delivery to the customer.
Develop, implement and monitor the technical control processes to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded where possible.
Support the development and delivery of the Technical product to the customers, providing expert advice as required.
Actively identify opportunities to improve service levels and cost control, proposing solutions and implementation plans.
Build and develop positive relationships with all external and internal colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Ideally qualified motor vehicle technician at NVQ Level 2/3 equivalent. Proven experience within a fleet management/contract hire environment and the ability to analyse technical data. Sound telephone skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt under pressure are essential.
