Business Development Manager £35000.00 depending on experience uncapped OTE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced field based Business Development Manager to support the company’s ambitious plans for growth across the UK, reporting direct to the Senior Sales and Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be:

• Have a Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to):
• Drive sales growth and increase new business opportunities
• Proven track record of success in delivering new business
• You will be tasked with meeting KPIs and delivering on agreed annual targets.
• Help develop sales and marketing activities, explore new markets, and deliver growth in established sectors
• You will be targeting projects with end users such as local authorities and commercial organisations
• CRM database management
The role will attract a very competitive package including uncapped OTE based on revenue and profitability, company car and company benefits including private healthcare.
