This is an exciting role with a industry leading player. The role is all about developing and closing new business from UK based blue chip organisations with vehicle or asset fleets ranging in size between a few hundred to several thousands. In addition, the role includes management of existing key accounts to create growth from them and to prevent churn.
The bonus and commission scheme is uncapped with genuine opportunity to earn in excess of £200k from an OTE of £160k and base salary of between £70k and £80k.

·Identify key prospective targets within the specified vertical markets and implement a contact strategy to secure appointments with key decision makers
·Position the business for long-term success through identifying and closing corporate deals that generate revenue and are of strategic importance to the customer's business and set the stage for larger follow-on sales.
·Recognise vertical market priorities, industry issues and hot topics, in addition to potential solutions and the ROI opportunities to be derived
·Ensure that all prospect and customer engagements are pre-qualified, thorough, consultative and multi -discipline engaging
·Act as key account point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients seeking every opportunity to further understand the changing nature of their business and accordingly up-sell additional relevant solutions.
·Develop a clear vision for the direction of client's businesses in order to be invited to act in an advisory capacity. Translate business objectives and critical success factors into business strategies and plans.
·Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the client's industry area and applicable solutions and practices, including knowledge of key industry challenges, major players, and key client/customer competitors, and relevant products and technologies.
·Ensure all proposals and presentations generated are to the required corporate standards, accurate and tailored to the specific opportunity; and, designed and priced to win
·Build and manage new and renewal business pipelines and maintain these accurate in SalesForce.com
CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
A proven sales track record that is predominantly new business focussed within a complex technical solution sales environment ideally involving SaaS and/or web delivered solutions.
An organized, motivated & tenacious team player.
Confident, articulate, and highly credible across all levels within client organisations right through to CEO and CFO.
Advanced soft skills developed through experience, professional development and structured professional sales frameworks.
Can demonstrate and combine both highly intuitive and insightfully commercial skills both proactively and reactively in the heat of negotiations
