Our client provides Fleet Management products and services for both SME and large corporate clients. They in partnership with their customers to provide excellent customer service and products that will enhance their current fleet performance.
As relationship Manager based from home, you will be tasked with developing profitable and long term business opportunities with their existing client base. Essentially, you will oversee the relationship and life cycle of the clients ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction is achieved across the business.
The relationship Manager is also responsible for managing all existing accounts delivering comprehensive product training to ensure all relationships and opportunities are maximised to full potential.
You will work closely with various levels within the clients up to director level to sell ancillary fleet management products such as Risk, fuel management and telematics.
The successful relationship manager will combine their passion and drive for client development with exceptional commercial acumen underpinned by strong numerical and analytical skills.
It’s essential that the relationship manager is willing to offer a consultative approach to support and enhance their customers vehicle fleet.
You will need to understand vehicle leasing and fleet management in great detail to ensure you hit the ground running.
It is also essential that you're open to national travel
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate high levels of energy and spark.
You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
It is desirable that you have a stable employment record.
