An exciting role with an industry leading player commanding a salary of between £70k and £80k with an OTE of £150k. The role is responsible for leading a SME focused field sales team and office based telesales and telemarketing teams.

·Lead the field based sales team to support them in their activity of identifying, engaging with and winning business from target prospects.
·Manage their activity to maximise sales efficiency and ensure that:
-Prospect and customer engagements are pre-qualified, thorough, consultative and engaging with all stakeholders
-The changing nature of clients businesses is understood and accordingly up-sell additional relevant solutions.
-Relevant UK business issues and current affairs relating these to client's industry areas are kept abreast of, understood, and are recognised in the ongoing dialogue with clients.
-All proposals and presentations generated are to the required corporate standards, accurate and tailored to the specific opportunity; and, designed and priced to win
-New and renewal business pipelines are maintained and accurate in SalesForce.com
Telesales & Telemarketing
Lead these office based teams to maximise:
·High quality lead generation
·High levels of conversion from contact to appointment
·Quality feedback on prospect quality and post appointment action
·Tracking next steps in sales activity pipeline
·High quality reporting of KPIs and key result drivers
·Feedback loops to drive on-going higher quality of lead generation
CANDIDATE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
·A proven track record in selling and managing sector focused sales teams into the SME marketplace driving new business and existing account development.
·To have done so in selling SaaS or web delivered technology solutions.
·An organised, motivated & tenacious team player.
·Confident, articulate, and highly credible across all levels
·Advanced soft skills developed through experience, professional development and structured professional sales frameworks.
·Can demonstrate and combine both highly intuitive and insightfully commercial skills both proactively and reactively.
·Successful experience of managing lead generation/telesales/telemarketing teams is advantageous but not essential
·Experience of managing multidisciplinary team simultaneously and doing so while developing strong productive relationships with other key departmental managers and stakeholders.
