Have strong knowledge and experience of workshop daily operations and Aftersales
Be knowledgeable in change management
Be able to train and coach Dealer Staff and Management to change their process and organisation
Have the ability to rapidly build personal relationships
Be able to create engagement and commitment
Be an advocate of Best Practice
Create implementation plans
Train and coach Dealer Management in their role in the new way of working
Train and coach the Technicians and workshop support in their new roles
Train the teams in new working methods and coach them to act accordingly
Train the teams in how they should measure their performance by using KPIs and act on the result
Create an action plan to fulfill the target conditions at the Dealer
Certify the Dealer when they have fulfilled the target conditions
Summon steering group meetings and create an agenda and meeting minutes
To be considered for this role, you must have vast knowledge and experience of daily workshop operations, have previous training and coaching experience (ideally within change management) and familiarity with Lean methodology would be preferred.
