Record profits for Zenith

ZENITH Vehicle Contracts has reported record profits in the year to March 31. Pre-tax profits rose by 7% to £0.58 million (1995: £0.54 million) on turnover up 14.5% at £6.3 million.

Since the year end, the Leeds-based company has won outsourcing contracts worth more than £21 million which have increased Zenith's fleet by 50% to 3,000 vehicles. Managing director Henry Dean said the improved results reflected the company's significant investment in people, training and quality systems.
