Audi joins with RAC for one-stop customer service shop

AUDI has unveiled a new 'one-stop' customer service shop in conjunction with the RAC. The new service replaces Audi's current 'On Call' scheme - also handled by the RAC - and features roadside assistance and recovery and a new centralised call-handling facility for all customer enquiries.
