Towquest - which was part of Leasecontracts before the GE Capital takeover last year - will supply its PRO-LEASE software to First Service Management - the contract hire and fleet management company set up by Lloyd's TSB. Towquest engineers are currently installing the systems necessary to be up and running for the August launch of First Service.
