THE UK division of Marriott Management Services has signed a single-badge deal to move its entire 260-vehicle fleet over to Vauxhall. The company currently runs a multi-marque fleet on a mixture of contract hire and outright purchase, but over the next two years will convert to solus Vauxhall - using Astra, Vectra and Omega as well as the full range of vans.

The vehicles will be supplied by Bradford-based Vauxhall Business Centre JCT 600, through Avis Fleet Services. They will be operated on a four-year, 90,000-mile contract. The company's mixed-fleet already includes Vauxhalls, as well as Fords, Rovers and Toyotas.

Marriott Management Services is the biggest service provider in the USA. In Britain it provides contract cleaning, catering, maintenance and security services to institutions such as schools, colleges and hospitals, as well as Government departments.
