Green Flag challenges ASA 'cheaper and faster' ruling

GREEN Flag is disputing a ruling by the Advertising Standards Authority, banning it from saying it is cheaper and faster than the AA. The company is now looking into carrying out an independent survey so it can continue with the advertising campaigns.

Green Flag's faster and cheaper claim was disputed by the AA resulting in the ASA investigation. The advertising watchdogs ruled that Green Flag could not repeat the adverts saying it was faster or cheaper. But Green Flag has issued a statement saying it still hoped to go ahead with advertising claims in the near future.
