New service from Manheim

MANHEIM Auctions is launching a new service as part of its Year 2000-branded package for fleet customers. The auction-based operations of SMART vehicle repair specialists Dentmaster and Dent Wizard - both owned by Manheim - are to be rebranded Manheim Magic.

Operating at all 18 Manheim centres, Manheim Magic will complement the Manheim 2000 programme, which also includes vehicle estimating system Manheim Precision - established following the acquisition of industry information and software firm Kah Systems in November - and the 32-point vehicle warranty check, Manheim Certified.

John Bailey, Manheim chief executive, said: ?We have been operating Manheim Magic on a three-months trial. It has been very successful and will be slowly rolled out to centres in the new year.?
